Your ‘Safe and Sound’ dealer will provide you with six months of the ‘Safe and Sound’ Assist Rescue and Recovery package, which will be included with your new purchase.

This package includes home assistance, roadside assistance/repairs and recovery.  The emergency breakdown helpline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and includes an onward destination service and cover for any driver of the car listed on the proposal form with a maximum of six callouts permitted per year.

Our team of dedicated service engineers, supplemented with a network of accredited recovery operators, will always attempt to attend the scene of the breakdown as quickly as possible with the present average attendance time being 30-40 minutes.
